Thank you for purchasing industrial machinery from TechMKS. As our products include heavy-duty and custom-built machines, returns are handled according to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility ✅

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery only if:

  • The product is unused and uninstalled

  • The product remains in original packaging condition

  • No physical damage has occurred after delivery

  • All supplied accessories and documents are included

  • The return request is approved by TechMKS support team

Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Products ⚙️

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Installed machines

  • Used machines

  • Customized machines

  • Special manufacturing orders

  • Machines made as per customer specifications

  • Electrical components once connected to power supply

  • Machines damaged due to improper handling at customer site

These conditions apply to all industrial equipment supplied by TechMKS.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Product 📦

If you receive:

  • a damaged product

  • missing components

  • incorrect machine model

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

After verification, TechMKS will arrange replacement or corrective support.

4. Return Approval Process 📋

To request a return:

  1. Contact TechMKS support team

  2. Share invoice copy

  3. Provide product photos/videos

  4. Wait for approval confirmation

Returns without approval will not be accepted.

5. Return Shipping Charges 🚚

  • Return transportation charges are borne by the Techmks if product approved for return

  • If the return is due to TechMKS error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping will be arranged by TechMKS

6. Refund Policy 💰

After inspection of the returned product:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method

  • Transportation and handling charges are non-refundable

7. Order Cancellation Policy ❌

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
